This is a very easy to read Cookbook with simple directions on how to make nice meals and dishes with the crisper. It let's you let's you know that you can make these recipes on the stovetop, your grill or in the oven. The coolest thing this book has to offer is the heating and cooling diagram charts that show safe temperature zones for foods and how to avoid the growth of bacteria. There is also a second chart which is a meat temperature chart, showing how long to bake meats on what temperatures. Now what was impressive is the third chart. "For Frying" It explains the reason this author put this particular chart in the book was for those making other types of foods that with the recipes in the book. I thought that was very clever. I was also glad to see a gluten free section so I can make dishes for some relatives who are gluten free! I do recommend this Cookbook, its worth the money!
This is a really cool book. Thought it had some really good recipes in here. I have a friend who gave me Copper Crisper and I wanted ideas on how I could make diffrent types of food . I like the charts too. They give you a the times of how long you can cook meats and food. The cover is kind of catchy as well. Overall I'm happy with what I bought. Thanks a bunch! :)
