This study guide is definitely more for the videos. My bible study just read the book and chose not to purchase the corresponding videos, but we as leaders still wanted to use this guide for some discussion questions. The questions provided are mostly geared toward the content of the videos, so we weren't able to use most of them and ended up having to make up our own discussion questions that covered what we read in the book. Had we known this going into it, we probably wouldn't have bought this guide. The book itself is great, though!
Didn't realize this is a study guide for a video series and not the book.
We used this guide along with the book and the Kellers video in a casual group setting with singles and couples. The study guide really helps you in using the material you read in the book. It also complements the video series quite well.
This is the best book I have read on marriage. I just celebrated my 26 wedding anniversary. I am currently using this book in a bible study with a friend who just celebrated her 5th wedding anniversary. It has encouraged wonderful biblical discussion on marriage, I would recommend this for all stages of marriage.
This study was a great conversation starter for our couple's small group. I also adore "The Meaning of Marriage." In fact, it is the only Christian marriage book that I believe is truly helpful. I highly recommend.
